Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a request through any of our customer service channels. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid at no additional cost.
2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time: Once your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Method of Refund: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
